  说起电商运营,还是会有很多人会将认知停留在:上个架,SD,开个车。其实不然。这些不过是运营的入门基础,真正好的运营年薪50万起,甚至自己做老板也不在话下。

  个人多年经验来讲,一般一个二线城市运营的底薪普遍在4000-6000,其它看业绩。正常可以到8000-12000,优秀的可以到15000-25000之间。再优秀,老板一般就给股份了。一个熟手运营的工资收入约一万起吧。

  首先要说明的是,不同段位的电商运营对这三方面的要求是不一样的。按照我的理解,分阶段来说明一下。
